Freddy Fresh Pizza in Chemnitz

Today's order came after about 90 minutes (ordered at 6:00 p.m., delivered around 7:30 p.m.). The pizzas were lukewarm and this time, contrary to previous perfect orders, the dough was rather rubbery, not baked through. With a good will still 2 stars.

Dear Freddy-Fresh team. What has become of your "quality"? We have often ordered pizza and pasta from you. But now it's over! The pizzas get greasier from time to time and give the impression of a heated pizza. Even the taste is getting worse and worse, so that a normal stomach can no longer digest it. Furthermore, the pasta gives the impression that the ingredients are not justified for the expensive prices of over 8 euros. If I pay attention to the price, pay more than 20 euros for 2 pizzas and thus expect a decent quality, something is obviously going wrong with you. In addition, there is a permanent delivery time of over 60-80 minutes. That was the last time a Freddy Fresh order was placed in the East branch! The actually half star is only there for the nice employees.

Disgusting. The picture speaks for itself. That’s just not acceptable. The pizza floats in fat. It wasn't the first time and that immediately reminds me why I haven't ordered there for so long. Basically most of them only order here because they alone do not reach the minimum order value of all the other Chemnitz suppliers.

The food is always fresh and really warm ... almost still hot. It's absolutely delicious and the staff are always friendly and very nice. In addition, the specified delivery time is adhered to and the food is super delicious. The pasta is particularly recommended. Always with great pleasure again. :-)

After almost two hours and a phone call with the branch, I received my order. The driver claimed to have already been there, which is definitely not true, as I had been standing at the window for about 20 minutes. Her cheeky manner and the claim she called me made the picture round. Freddy cheeky certainly not so "fast" anymore. Addendum: The fact that customers are portrayed as liars seems to be the way to deal with complaints when I read through the reviews here. The pasta is underground, totally dry, rudimentary cheese and 5 half tomatoes. REAL! JUST DO NOT ORDER !!!

We mainly order online and pay online. Delivery is usually on time, sometimes 10/15 minutes late, but food is usually still warm. In the case of wraps with chicken, we have often found that the chicken stripes are sometimes very hard and taste bland, and do not always look 100% fresh. The burger package is great and you get full. Most of the suppliers are very nice, there is one of them who always seems very disinterested in his job and if there is no tip even a bit rude.

The reparation order! with 10 € voucher which is stated as COMPLAINTS DISCOUNT on the INVOICE. SO that the delivery driver looks at you in a bad mood. You immediately get a good feeling after the food is there. (NOT) Here 3 pizzas ordered in the bundle menu for about 20 € the rolls were this time almost free because the last ones were burnt. But see for yourself. these are not as badly BURNED as last time. But the problem is very clear, it's standard. even after several consultations with the team freddy nothing has changed and we are the only people who complain .NA CLEAR! Now it means we should call the branch and the next order would be on the house 2x pizza rolls and a Magarita. Freddy just doesn't have it and I won't order there again. and of course share my experiences with my unfeld. The next time we will probably spit on our food!
